Attorney David Ostrove
Over 50 years of experience has provided David Ostrove with the experience necessary to assist clients in the areas of probate and trust litigation, tax litigation and complex business litigation in the Greater Los Angeles area and throughout Southern California. He is a CPA, notary, and is a Certified Tax Specialist in the State of California.
In addition to his legal practice, David Ostrove has been a law professor at Southwestern University for over 40 years and regularly appears as an expert witness in cases involving tax disputes, accounting, forensic accounting, computation of damages, valuation of businesses, fraud, estates and probate, and breach of fiduciary duties.
David Ostrove has also lectured as a guest speaker for many businesses, organizations, and conferences and prepared a lecture entitled “Accounting and Auditing for Trusts and Estates” on DVD for the Picture Palace, Inc. He is a published author, writing extensively in the areas of wills, trusts, probate and business law.
